Spinach.

Make a load of hot charcoal. Dump it all on one side. Brown roll in each side over the coals. Move it to side without coals to temp. Easy and delicious

Oh yeah that’s definitely spinach. Probably should’ve known that since I make salads with baby spinach frequently.

Looks like it’ll be fucking delicious, though. Also, what cut is that? It looks kinda like a flank steak but unlike any I’ve used before.

If a cut is too thin to butterfly, you employ the pai llard (hehehe “pound the meat” hehehe). This is especially good to do with “lesser” cuts because it also tenderizes the bejesus out of it.

That cut was not too thin to butterfly.
